    Bio-Design’s Magnesium Orotate contains 1,050 mg of magnesium orotate per 2 capsule serving, of which 60 mg is elemental magnesium. Magnesium Orotate is formed by the reaction of orotic acid with magnesium.  Since Orotic acid is an organic substance that occurs naturally in our cells, the reacted orotate form allows for optimum absorption and bioavailability.

    The renowned German physician, Dr. Hans Nieper pioneered mineral orotate research. Orotic Acid was historically considered to be vitamin B-13.

    Magnesium is an essential mineral that serves many functions in the body, including muscle contraction, enzyme function, protein production, energy production, and energy transport. 

    Magnesium Orotate pairs well with Bio-Design's Calcium Orotate.

    Part of the magnesium trifecta that changed my life
