For several years I’ve encountered skipped heartbeats from time to time. I’ve tried most every magnesium supplement out there without much help. For the past few years I’ve been taking magnesium taurate, as well as glycinate that helped somewhat. I was very impressed after reading about Bio-Design, especially the part that many Naturopathic Practitioners prescribe Bio-Design products for their patients. I also liked the fact that their magnesium orotate is in a capsule not a solid pill form. I will continue to purchase this product from this company, and hope that my “honest” review will help others out there who find themselves with similar issues.
